ANNOUNCING OUR MAY 2 PROGRAM

WHO KEEPS US SAFE, AND HOW? -- BEHIND THE SCENES OF NATIONAL SECURITY

With national security expert Mark Randol

Mark Randol’s sponsor is Judie Coleman,
member of WACSC’s Program Committee.

About the Program

Chinese spy balloons? Airport security? Domestic and international spying? In a dangerous world, national security is a concern for every American.

On May 2nd we’ll welcome Sonoma County’s own Mark Randol, with How Homeland Security Works — From an Insider. He’ll draw on 35 years as a US security specialist to reveal experiences from the Pentagon’s inner sanctums, to the White House Situation Room, to far-flung assignments around the world.

Important issues abound: How to balance civil rights with domestic information-gathering? What is terrorism vs. insurrection? What happened to Iraq’s nuclear reactors? How safe would our leaders be in a true catastrophe?

Mark is ready to share some of the most fascinating but least-known aspects in national and homeland security.

This is a program you won’t want to miss!
